In our sessions, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify the strengths and resources you already have, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate:

  • Women's health issues, including reproductive health and menopause

  • Relationship challenges

Our first session will be all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss your background, and start identifying the goals you’d like to work on together. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I approach therapy.

To make the most of our time, it can be helpful to:

  • Sessions are 53 minutes and typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and availability. We’ll find a rhythm that supports your growth without feeling overwhelming.

  • I only offer virtual sessions in the state of California.

  • For our first session, come as you are! Bring any questions, concerns, or hopes you have for our work together.

  • My fee for each 50-min session is $225.

  • Yes, I am in network with Aetna and Anthem. For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
